HC1013.31, also known as PG1193, is a hybrid molecule with an inorganic silsesquioxane at the core and precisely configured PEG and i-Octyl groups attached at the corners of the cage. It provides an alternate to silicone gloss additives. HC1013.31 (PG1193) has a smooth feel and provides comfort to the skin and hair. HC1013.31 also provides gloss and dispersion in many polymer coatings.
